The Air Solutions Team is looking for an Customer Support Representative to handle order processing & new account set-up. This role satisfies all customer requests promptly and professionally by ensuring customer Purchase Orders are setup in B2B GERP system within the company set deadlines in an accurate manner. The Order Entry Specialist will also communicate with customers on any purchase order entry questions to expedite the entry process.
Receive and process (data entry in GERP system) incoming purchase orders fromLED / Lighting customers with the full understanding of model numbers, pricing structures.
Assist customers with order updates (Ex: Tracking numbers, order status, and lead times), customer complaints and preparing paperwork.
Enter project pipeline data in B2B GERP system and monitor open orders until order is fulfilled and expedite order processing when needed.
Provides Administrative Support to the Sales Team as assigned. (Ex: Maintaining internal files and documentation)
Communicates and interacts effectively with customers, peers and other departments at all levels of the organization.
Performance will be measured by order data accuracy, timely processing and maintaining a good overview and planning of newly received orders.
They must have solid Salesforce.com skills and ideally, understand the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Most importantly they should be proactive, organized and logical.
3-5 years of sales support and/or order management; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAttention to detail and strong organizational skills
Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality
Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications
