We are currently seeking a Control Sales National Account Manager - Central Region to join our dynamic team. As this is a field based /home office role, you cam be located near any major airport in the cental US (Chicago, St Louis, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Dallas, Houston etc) Metro Area as part of the Air Solutions Team!
Sales professional responsible for growing LG's market share with specified accounts in an assigned territory. Achieve and/or exceed sales quotas by calling on current and prospective accounts.The primary role of the Control Sales Manager (CSM) is business development. The CSM shall offer controls expertise and business counsel to LG’s VRF network of Channel Partners, and act as an evangelist for LG’s advanced control solutions. The CSM shall work closely with our existing VRF sales team to develop our controls business and implement strategic initiatives
Establishes productive, trusted and professional relationships with LG’s Channel Partners, VRF Sales Team and other internal stakeholders.
Proactively assesses and validates the business needs of each Channel Partner. Provide input, feedback and counsel on their respective business plans relative to sustained growth and profitability of their LG advanced control business.
Promotes and evangelizes LG’s new advanced control solutions to our Channel Partners
Drives adoption of control and strategic initiatives to assigned Channel Partners
Offers a consultative approach to developing and selling LG control solutions that best address the needs of our end-user customers
Directly participates with LG’s Channel Partners in selling LG’s advanced control solutions to Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers, General Contractors, and Mechanical Contractors.
Possesses market knowledge of controls industry, technology trends, and controls system integrators in the assigned territory.
Proactively assists LG’s VRF team in qualifying ‘controls expertise’ of potential new Channel Partners.
Coordinates all control sales activity with LG’s VRF Sales and Channel Partners
Coordinates all control support services and activity with LG’s Control Support Services team
Manages potential channel conflict in conjunction with our VRF Sales Team, by fostering
excellent communication skills, and through adherence to channel rules of engagement.
Maintains accurate tracking of control sales leads and opportunities utilizing SalesForce
CRM, and provide regular reports and analytics on progress.
Provide feedback on new controls initiatives, productivity tools, analytics, KPI’s, and FDD
(Fault Detection & Diagnostics) to drive growth of our core VRF business, our controls business, and build the LG brand
Contributes in the preparation of control sales collateral, videos, and controls demonstration tools.
BS degree from an accredited institution or equivalent.
Minimum of 5-10 years of HVAC and/or Building Automation System Partner Channel sales management experience in a business-to-business environment.
Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
Proficient in English communication skills.
Must hold a valid driver’s license.
