Position Summary

The DMS Operations Assistant Manager assists in leading day-to-day operations, and participates in the strategic guidance of the admin operations team by coordinating agent work flow to assist LG’s in field techs and DMST Management. The team’s role includes schedule management, pending service call follow up and resolution, routing, parts reconciliation and other administrative tasks for over 250 field service technicians in multiple Metropolitan areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing daily management and guidance for up to 14 internal agents to achieve team goals/expectations

  • Ensures team compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

  • Work closely with other colleagues and departments to develop and implement operational strategies to win while executing brand strategies

  • Assist in orientation and training coordination for both internal agents and in field technicians

  • Preparing reports and updates to upper management on team activities, processes and procedures ​

Education/Experience (related experience)

  • Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required

  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (e.g.: Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Strong project management skills
