We are currently seeking an Benefits Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Lincolnshire, IL as part of the NA Insurance Management Team!
Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for assisting to analyze, designing and administering employee benefits programs such as medical, dental, life and disability insurance plans. This individual will manage and generate health insurance invoices for LG Electronics companies and subsidiaries. Also, this individual will assist to maintains payroll information collecting calculating for Foreign Service Employee (FSE) payrolls.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Health Benefits invoicing for LGE Companies and Subsidiaries
Manage and generate Life AD&D and Disability Invoices on a monthly basis
Reconciles the health invoice with accounting team
Assist to analyze and administer benefit programs such as medical, dental, life and disability insurance plans
Provides administrative assistance to Sr. Manager in company’s Health, Life & AD&D insurance benefits and renewals
Coordinates wellness events and healthcare plan changes for LGE Subsidiaries - including open enrollments and annual salary adjustments for life insurance premiums
Generate reports regarding company’s census data for companies’ health and life AD&D benefits.
Act as the primary liaison between LG subsidiaries and insurance companies to manage subsidiary benefits
Provide analytical studies of risk management and related organizational risk management functions.
Assist to maintains payroll information information collecting and calculating for FSE Payrolls
Organize and assist with responding and disputing IRS letters in a timely manner. Communicate with FSE regarding pending issues tax issue with IRS
Assist with tax preparations, tax payments, tax issue follow-ups and internally filing and organizing all tax data.
Oversee the FSE net to gross reports after FSE monthly payroll to ensure for payroll accuracy.
Coordinate and monitor updating FSE housing and vehicle contracts on a monthly basis
Contribute to FSE administrative work and perform special projects as requested by upper management.
Manage expense management software (GEVS) and invoice portal
Any special projects as requested by upper management
Bachelor's degree finance, accounting or in relevant field is required.
Must have minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel.
Must be business level proficient in Korean
Must be able to work overtime as required
