We are currently seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Lincolnshire, IL as part of the Home Electronics Business to Business (B2B) Operations Team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Telephone sales, sales support and customer service professional responsible for developing business with both new and existing customers. Achieve and/or exceed sales quota through customer relationship building and sales success.
Create, develop and manage business relationships with more complex customers, both current and new
Provide day-to-day sales and operational support to field sales with existing customers (e.g., processing account claims, review of credit and charge back, return authorizations and completion of sales reports)
Create various reports and analyses and provide to sales leadership with recommended actions related to inventory, account development, customer/partner revenue trends, etc.
Identify opportunities for new sales metrics critical for driving sales growth
Lead qualification, distribution and tracking
Assist in the execution of senior sales activities with partners
A Bachelor's Degree is required;
3+ years relevant work experience is required;
Bi-lingual, English/Korean language skills are a plus;
Must have excellent communication skills written and verbal
Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence using data;
Must be detail oriented;
Must have the ability to work independently;
Must be able to multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor in high pressure situations;
Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
Advanced working knowledge of Excel is preferred.
