We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant (Contract) to join our dynamic team in Overland Park, KS as part of the Mobile Communications Team!

Position Summary

Responsible for the coordinating a broad variety of administrative activities for the VP of Sales including managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing confidential correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages schedule and appointment calendar(s) and maintains sensitivity to changing priorities.

  • Arrange travel schedule and reservations, create itineraries.

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing of logistics and operations for company meetings and events including facility selection, contracting, pricing, transportation, accommodations, and other arrangements.

  • Requires a thorough knowledge of the Executive’s organization, as well as, company policies and procedures.

  • Able to work 8 to 5 and be flexible from time to time.

  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.

  • Manages and plans the executive’s budgets and processes vouchers/receipts by inputting in the system.

  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies.

  • Performs ad hoc project-related duties as requested.

Education/Experience (related experience)

  • HS diploma/Equiv. +2 years experience

Preferred Requirements

  • Bilingual (English & Korean) is a plus

  • Ability to effectively interact with senior level management and maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Must be highly detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Organization and time management skills
